Shipping & Delivery
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been processed and the shipping label has been created. Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) and before 11:00 AM CST on Saturdays are processed the same business day. Orders placed after these times are processed the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday and on Saturday mornings only. Please note that we don’t ship on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

No. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays are outside of our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Titan Research Compounds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a
claim.

the packaging and product so we can review and assist. Failure to report issues within this timeframe or provide sufficient documentation may result in
