Ordering
Simply browse our products, select your desired peptides, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and offer secure payment processing. Your order will be processed immediately upon payment confirmation.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be changed. Contact support@aminoclub.com
Shipping
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days from fulfillment. Express and overnight options are available at checkout. Every order includes free shipment protection.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve researchers worldwide. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs when necessary to maintain stability. Each vial is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Temperature-sensitive products are clearly marked for proper handling.
Products
All our peptides are manufactured to 99%+ purity standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry testing. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available for every product on the product page.
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C (refrigerator) for short-term. Always protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Lyophilized peptides have a shelf life of 2+ years when stored properly at -20°C. Each product includes a lot-specific expiration date.
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. It is a standard laboratory supply used in research settings. We offer pharmaceutical-grade BAC water in our store.
Quality & Testing
Yes, every batch is tested by independent, accredited laboratories using HPLC for purity verification and Mass Spectrometry for identity confirmation. Test results are published on each product page as Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
CoAs are available on each product page. Simply click the Certificate of Analysis link to view or download the current batch’s test results. You can also request specific CoAs by emailing support@aminoclub.com
with your order number.
Our peptides are synthesized in USA-based, FDA-registered facilities following strict cGMP guidelines. We maintain complete supply chain transparency and never source from overseas manufacturers.
Returns & Support
We offer damage protection on every order. If your product arrives damaged in transit, contact us with photos for a one-time replacement. All claims require photo evidence and are subject to review. One replacement per customer per order. Reconstituted products are not eligible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or misuse.
